In every room

All six rooms have the same things in them. No room is the cheap one.

The rooms we all share

The house does not stop at your door. These rooms are yours as much as ours.

Safety

We are not letting out a flat in somebody else’s building. Titiksha is ours, and we live in it.

  • We own the buildingThe whole of Titiksha belongs to our family, and the family is here. Nothing about your stay is being managed from somewhere else.
  • A watchman, day and nightSomeone is on the gate twenty-four hours. You can speak to him whenever you need to.
  • Cameras at the entranceCCTV covers the entrance and the common areas of the building.
  • Staff who live hereThe people who help in the house live on the premises, so there is always somebody to ask.

Coming and going

This is a home, so the clock is not run strictly.

  • Arrive at any hourThere is no fixed check-in time. Late trains and early flights are not a problem — just tell us roughly when to expect you.
  • Leave by around middayCheck-out is ideally between 11am and noon, though nobody will be standing over you.
  • Covered parkingThere is covered parking at the building.

If you ask

None of this is automatic. Say the word and it is arranged.

  • An extra bed in your room
  • Home-cooked mealsTell us in advance and food is made in the house kitchen.
  • CleaningYour room is cleaned whenever you would like it done.
  • Several rooms, or the whole houseFamilies and groups often take more than one room, and all six can be booked together. Call or message and we will work it out.
  • Long staysPeople stay by the month as well as by the night. Ring the number for what a longer stay would come to.
